Why does my Disneyland ticket say this pass has reached its theme park reservations limit?

The error message you're receiving stating that the pass has reached its theme park reservation limit means that this particular ticket is maxed out for park reservations. If you purchased your tickets via the Disneyland Resort Website, you would have already made reservations at the time of your purchase.

This error message typically occurs because the specific ticket or pass you are using has a cap on the number of active reservations it can hold at one time. For Magic Key holders, each pass level (Inspire, Believe, Enchant, or Imagine) has a different limit—ranging from 2 to 6 reservations—on how many dates can be booked simultaneously. If you have already reached this limit, you must complete one of your scheduled visits or cancel an existing reservation before the system will allow you to book a new one. For standard multi-day tickets, the message might appear if you have already reserved all the days included in your ticket or if you are attempting to book a date that is blocked out for your specific ticket tier. Additionally, if you purchased your tickets directly through the Disneyland website as a "date-based" package, the system may have automatically created reservations for you during the checkout process; in this case, the message is simply confirming that your allotted "slots" are full and no further action is required.

No more than 10 people can make a reservation at a time. If you have a larger group, we would recommend having each individual family or party make their own theme park reservations, and then link your tickets together through the app once your theme park reservations are made.
