Why is DC at Six Flags?

From 1991 to 1998, Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. was a subsidiary of Time Warner (now WarnerMedia), the parent company of Warner Bros. Entertainment. When Six Flags was sold in April 1998, Six Flags received an exclusive licensing deal with Time Warner for the theme park rights to DC Comics, among other Warner-owned IPs.
