The week of February 13–22 was exceptionally crowded due to the "one-two punch" of Presidents' Day and Mardi Gras (which fell on February 17, 2026), drawing massive crowds from the Northeast and the Gulf Coast. Now that those holidays have passed and school "Mid-Winter Breaks" have concluded, attendance has dropped significantly. Historical data from thrill-data.com shows that wait times often plummet to "1/10" or "2/10" crowd levels in the final days of February. Additionally, many travelers are currently deferring their Orlando trips in anticipation of the Universal Epic Universe opening later this year.
