Why is Mount Titlis famous?

At 3,041 m height and 500 m above the ground, Titlis Cliff Walk is Europe's highest suspension bridge and one of the best things to do at Mount Titlis. No matter how many times we walked over this bridge, it remains a special experience. Not to mention that the views are absolutely phenomenal!

If you are only going to Luzern, then Titlis is the place to go,. If on the other hand you will also be in Zermatt, I would suggest that the Klein Matterhorn would be the mountain! Provided you do not have vertigo, in either case.

Between the two? Mt Titlis. There is the Rotair (revolving cable car to get up there), great views, loads of snow sports etc at the top. Glacier 3000 has the Peak Walk which doesn't amount to a lot but is somewhat innovative.
