Why is there no lightning lane for ratatouille?

While Remy's Ratatouille used to move from being available as an Individual Lightning Lane Selection over to Genie+ during busy times of years, this is no longer the case. Remy's Ratatouille Adventure has strictly been part of the Genie+ system for some time now and it seems like it's going to stay that way.
