Why link Disney tickets in app? Some reservations, tickets and purchases may not automatically appear in My Disney Experience. Why are my tickets not showing up on Disney app?
Click on "Link Tickets" and re-enter your Ticket ID Code to see if they connect back to your account. If all fails and your tickets are not showing back up, your best bet will be to call the Existing Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance.
