Unfortunately, Susan, according to the Walt Disney World Resort Property rules, wagons (even foldable ones or those marketed as stroller wagons) are prohibited at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks, and other indoor venues.

Non-alcoholic drinks and waters are totally something you can bring into Disney, it's even encouraged! It is so nice to have a drink on hand whenever you need to quench your thirst. You can bring refillable water bottles and refill them at water stations throughout the parks.

You can check one car seat and one stroller or folding wagon per child you're traveling with, for free. This can be done at the gate or ticket counter. Large or non-collapsible strollers, and non-folding wagons must be checked at the ticket counter.
Guests are welcome to carry a bag or backpack with them into the theme parks. The maximum allowable bag size is 24 by 18 by 15. All Guests and their bags will undergo a security screening process prior to entering the theme parks and Disney Springs.
There are a few restrictions on what you can bring into the parks, including glass bottles, but you shouldn't have any problem with your stainless steel cup (which will keep your water nice and cold!). In fact, most counter-service locations offer complimentary ice water upon request!
It is so important during the warmer months. You'll be happy to know that CamelBak water packs are permitted in Disney Parks. If you need to refill your pack, complimentary cups of ice water are available at quick-service dining locations, and at stands or carts that sell fountain drinks.
