Are kids allowed in resort world?

Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Patrons under the age of 21 are not allowed to consume alcohol or loiter in gaming areas of the resort.
