Are photos free with Genie Plus?

Download complimentary digital downloads of all of your Disney PhotoPass photos for each day you have the Genie+ service. Yes, that includes both attraction photos and photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers.

In 2026, the service formerly known as "Genie Plus" has evolved into Lightning Lane Multi Pass, but the photo policy remains a significant perk. At Disneyland Resort, digital downloads of all Disney PhotoPass attraction photos and "Lenses" are included with your purchase of the Multi Pass. However, at Walt Disney World, the rules are slightly different: while attraction photos (like those taken on Space Mountain) are often included in various pass types, general PhotoPass photos taken by photographers in front of landmarks like Cinderella Castle usually require a separate Memory Maker purchase or an Annual Pass add-on for full-resolution downloads. In 2026, Disney has leaned heavily into "Disney PhotoPass Lenses"—augmented reality filters that let you take unique selfies with characters—which are fully included with the Lightning Lane Multi Pass at both U.S. resorts as part of the daily service fee.
