Are the water slides on Royal Caribbean free?

Sun Decks on Cruise Ships Free: Main pool use (including loungers and hot tubs), water slides and splash play areas are open to all guests. Coco Cay is 1.0 miles long and 200 yards wide and can be easily explored by walking. There are two trams that operate on the island to offer ride service to cruise guests. One tram provides service along the cruise pier to bring guests to and from the island and the ship.
