Can 3 adults stay in a travelodge?

A twin or double room has a maximum occupancy of 2. A family room(same cost, but must be selected when booking) can hold 3 adults.

Travel Lodge family rooms sleep 4 (maximum 3 adults) so only one of your children has to look under 16. However, whatever their age, the sofa and pull out beds are very short so they may not have a very comfortable nights sleep. They are fine for one night, but for any longer I would book 2 rooms.

Every one of our rooms is set up with a fresh set of white towels (including bath and hand towels) with more available at reception if you require. Hand, hair and body wash are provided, but we advise that you bring other toiletries such as conditioner, a toothbrush and toothpaste with you as these aren't available.
