Can anyone eat at Disney hotels?

You'll be glad to know that anyone can enjoy Dining at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. You do not need to be a Guest staying at the Resort and Guests staying at off-site Hotels are welcome to dine anywhere they wish to.
