Can anyone use the United Club lounge?

Loyalty membership Access to United lounges is primarily available to United Club members, United Polaris business class customers, Star Alliance Gold members and other eligible travelers. United Club membership is available for purchase and prices are based on your current MileagePlus status level (subject to change).

Membership cards are nontransferable and may not be loaned to others. United representatives will confiscate membership cards that are expired or presented by anyone other than the member. United Club members may bring one adult and dependent children under 21, or up to two guests, into any United Club location.
