Can I access my Priority Pass online?

As a Priority Pass Member you are now entitled to the following benefits via both our website and app: Access the Digital Membership Card – providing digital access to all of our 1,400+ lounges. Review and update your personal details online. View your personal lounge visit history.

You can absolutely access your Priority Pass account and benefits online through their official website or the mobile app, which is the preferred method for most travelers in 2026. Once you activate your account at prioritypass.com, you can log in to view a comprehensive directory of over 1,500 lounges, check your visit history, and update your billing information. Most importantly, the online portal and app provide access to your Digital Membership Card, a QR code that can be scanned at lounge entrances for instant entry, eliminating the need to carry the physical plastic card. However, keep in mind that if you received your membership through a credit card (like the Chase Sapphire Reserve), you must first "enroll" through your bank's rewards portal before you can create an online login on the Priority Pass site. Having the app handy is vital because it also provides real-time updates on lounge capacity and any "member-only" dining or spa credits available at specific airports.
