Pets are not permitted in tents and pop-up campers. Guests with pet privileges may take their dogs to play in the off-leash Waggin' Trails Dog Park or walk the many on-leash trails.

Luckily for dog owners, January 13-19th, Disney will host Dog Days. This will be a week-long celebration where you can bring your dog with you to any theme park at Walt Disney World. Special pet reservations will be required for these days. Each pet will require an additional ticket, which will be $50 per pet per day.

Playing at Waggin' Trails Dog ParkFort Wilderness is the only Disney resort to offer a dog park, and OH BOY is it a good one! Waggin' Trails offers 2 huge grassy fenced areas for pups big and smol.
Even if you are not planning on staying at Fort Wilderness, it is worth stopping by to visit. You plan a wonderful relaxing non-park day with some horseback riding, a dinner experience at Hoop De Doo Revue, and campfire singalong.
