Can you visit Fort Wilderness without staying there?

Even if you are not planning on staying at Fort Wilderness, it is worth stopping by to visit. You plan a wonderful relaxing non-park day with some horseback riding, a dinner experience at Hoop De Doo Revue, and campfire singalong.

Yes, you can absolutely visit Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground even if you are not a guest staying on the property. It is a popular destination for visitors who want to experience its unique "rustic" atmosphere and various recreational activities. You can dine at the famous Trail's End Restaurant (now a quick-service marketplace) or attend the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, which requires an advanced reservation. Other popular non-guest activities include visiting the Tri-Circle-D Ranch to see the Disney horses, renting a canoe or kayak at the marina, or enjoying the nightly Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long where you can roast marshmallows and watch a movie under the stars. To visit, you can take a complimentary boat from the Magic Kingdom or a bus from any theme park. If you are driving your own car, you may need a dining reservation to park at the resort, as parking is generally restricted to overnight guests and those with confirmed activities to prevent overcrowding.
