Can I cancel a JustPark booking?

You do this in on the web in your bookings made page by clicking on the booking, scrolling to the bottom and clicking 'cancel booking'. Or in the JustPark app by clicking on the booking and selecting 'Manage booking' and then scrolling to the bottom and clicking 'cancel booking'.

If you were unable to park, please get in touch with us as soon as you can - preferably no later than 48 hours after the booking was due to start. We hold all funds for 48 hours before releasing them to the space owner so that we can quickly process a refund if necessary.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking starts, you'll receive a full refund. In cases where the booking is cancelled by the space owner or JustPark, the full refund will also include the Transaction Fee.

Open the JustPark app. Once you have found a space that is suitable, you will be able to see any additional information and any previous reviews made by other drivers. When you're happy, tap on the Reserve button at the bottom, and you will be able to complete the booking.

With our 'Flextras: Free Cancellation' you can amend or cancel right up to the time you're due to arrive at the airport car park. If you do need to cancel, we'll give you a voucher for the full value of the booking.

We charge two sets of fees. The fees below we charge to the space owner for each booking. In addition, we charge the drivers a fee on top of the prices set by an owner. To cover the cost of processing your payment, we charge owners a 3% fee for each booking they receive.

Drivers can use our website or app to find and pay for parking and paying is easy as we accept all major debit and credit cards, Apply Pay and Google Pay. And if someone prefers to use their mobile phone to book & pay for parking, they can use our IVR (interactive voice response) or book with a simple text.

You can interrupt your parking from: ?? Send the word 'FINISH' via SMS to 65565 within the first five minutes of an active parking session. This will cancel your session (with your payment being sent back to the card account used) and allow you to create a new one.
