You can cancel your flexible fare or normal fare ticket online or via the DB Navigator app if you booked it via int.bahn.de or the app. The value of the ticket, minus a processing fee, will be refunded to the means of payment you used to buy the ticket.
The subscription can be cancelled online at any time up to the 10th of a month to the end of the month via the link sent with the order confirmation when the contract is concluded. This link will be sent again with each monthly confirmation that the Germany Ticket has been made available.
