Can I go to Disney restaurants without park admission?

Park admission is required for in-park dining. Just to be clear, you must have valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation at the location of your meal.

Whether you have a regular theme park ticket or an Annual Pass, if you miss a Disney Park reservation at Disney World, you won't be penalized in any way. You don't need a parks pass reservation for any parks you visit after 2PM after you visit your first park, however you do need to start your day at that first park with a parks pass reservation. Refresh the reservation page Guests make and cancel reservations all the time, which means it'll benefit you to keep checking back. If your preferred park is sold out, you'll want to periodically refresh Disney's reservation page. This is especially the case as your dates move closer.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to visit for a half or partial day. I would suggest that you consider adding another day to your existing ticket if a theme park reservation is available for the half-day you would like to visit.
