Can I recover Disney PhotoPass pictures after expiration?

Depending on the length of time since the images were captured, we may be able to recover expired images. We will do our best to assist you. All ticketed Disneyland Resort Guests will receive complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital attraction photos as a take-home souvenir. You can access these downloadable photos for free in the Disneyland App starting February 4, 2023.

Photo Content taken during the Memory Maker Window must be downloaded before they expire. All Photo Content will expire pursuant to the expiration policy. We do not offer options for permanent storing of Photo Content. Expired Photo Content will be deleted from the system.

While the basic Disney PhotoPass lets you view and then purchase individual pictures, Disney's Memory Maker works by allowing you to collect an unlimited number of PhotoPass pictures taken throughout the park and download all those photos directly to your phone or computer.

Disney PhotoPass Memory Maker packages at Walt Disney World have increased in price effective October 11, 2023. Advance purchase Memory maker is now $185, previously $169. Standard purchase, during or after vacation, is now $210, previously $199. Memory Maker One Day is now $75, previously $69.

A digital download of one image costs $16.95. Other combination packages may be available and prices can, and do, change. Memory Maker, the packages of multiple photos, are priced at $75 (plus tax) for a one-day package. This includes all the photos taken during one day at Walt Disney World.

If you don't purchase a Memory Maker Package, Disney allows you to buy individual pictures for $18.95 each. It's very worth noting that one group got Memory Maker for (essentially) free: Annual Passholders. Well, MOST Annual Passholders (Gold, Platinum, and Platinum-Plus).
