Can I sell my unused Disney tickets?

Yes. Originally all chilkd tickets were exempt from usibng the scanners but in 2016 Disney began requiring it for everyone. If you personally prefer not using the finger scanners, a photo ID can always override the use of biometrics. Just present the gate CM a photo ID and be admitted without using the scanner.

According to the Disney Resort Hotel Package Terms and Conditions, if you are over 30 days from your check-in date then there is no charge to change your Disney vacation package, however, 30 days or less, you will have to pay a change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees from third party hotels or other vendors.
