You will probably want to schedule it for no later than 6:30 a.m. There are several locations to choose from for Disneyland Resort. Choose the one that says Disneyland Resort Harbor Blvd. I live a mile from the park and have gotten Ubers within 5-10 minutes even at 2 a.m. You won't have a problem.
