Can I transfer my Southwest LUV voucher to someone else?
so a LUV voucher can be used by anyone but once ticketed with a LUV voucher it is becomes apart of a travel fund. when it is a travel fund it is non transferable and the fund remains in the name of the ticketed passenger(s).

Re: Unused VoucherAccording to the terms and conditions of the LUV voucher it can't be sold as it could void the voucher if someone at Southwest caught you selling it. You can however use it on anyone. If you want to dontate it i dont see why you couldn't. Hope this helps!
Re: LUV vouchers cancel a flightWhen you apply Travel Funds or Vouchers to a booking, that booking takes on the earliest expiration date of those funds or vouchers. The same thing happens if you cancel within 24 hours. Your complete refund will come in the form of Travel Funds, even if you've used a voucher.
Southwest® gift card or Southwest LUV Vouchers®: If the reservation was not changed and is canceled within 24 hours of booking, please contact us. If the reservation is canceled after 24 hours, the Southwest gift card or Southwest LUV Voucher will be refunded as a flight credit.
Re: Cancel flight and request refundNo fee to cancel, but type of refund depends on fare type purchased. You'll either get a credit for future use (Wanna Get Away fare, complete rebooked travel within one year of original purchase) or refund (Business Select and Anytime fares).
If you have one of these accounts, the second person you book, using your companion voucher, has to be named within your Household Account or on your 'Friends and Family' list. You can however use Avios that one household member has earned to spend on flights for another member of the Household Account.
