Hi Leti! Yes, you can wear flip flops on most all of the rides in Walt Disney World. The only one that I can think of that will made Guest take them off and leave them on the floor is Soarin' (this is so that they do not come off of your feet and hit another guest during your Soarin' flight).
Jeans do not belong in the Disney World parks, in our opinion. By this we mean jean pants, and a lot of jean shorts. They might be fine if you're just popping in the parks for a few hours, but if you're planning on going from rope drop until close, do not wear jeans, friends! Cute, but not for a park day!

If you're a Guest who has mobility questions or concerns, please view Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities.
Guests with mobility disabilities who use cushions on a daily basis—on their wheelchair or when they transfer to alternate seating—may use portable seat cushions on select attractions. Portable cushions must fit reasonably within the attraction or experience without obstructing the attraction's safety features.
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring that the parks are family-friendly is an important part of the Disney experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.
Birkenstock is a popular sandals brand with a lot of different styles available. Some of our readers wear these all day long in Disney World and have no problems at all!
Depending on what season you go to Disney World, you'll want either shorts or comfortable stretchy jeans/pants. Black leggings are a great go-to for comfort and durability. During the summer months, always opt for shorter bottoms. A note: You do not have to wear only pants/shorts to Disney world!
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You should probably put a bra on and pass on wearing pajamas, but you do you! Personally, I am comfortable in an outfit that is simple, yet stylish. This could be a pair of comfy jeans and a cardigan, a maxi dress, or a pair of cropped pants and a casual top.
How to Find Free Cups of Water at Disney World. You can ask for a free cup of water at any quick-service and table-service restaurant. This is also a tip we use to save some money while dining at Disney. For all quick-service restaurants, you can ask for a cup of water even when you're not dining there.
You can buy bottled water throughout the parks; many vendors also sell Powerade. In the parks, bottled water runs about $3.50-$4, or if you're using the Disney Dining Plan you can pay with a snack credit. There are two places to get water for free: water fountains and Quick Service restaurants.
