Can I use my debit card on Translink buses?

TransLink customers can now pay for their rides using debit cards on every bus and fare gate in Metro Vancouver. Previously, customers were able to tap credit cards, along with Compass cards and readers but now debit cards will also be an option.

When buying a 24 hour Travelcard, you can choose a Day Anytime, which can be used at any time of the day and is valid until 4:30 am the next day. Or you can get the Day Off-Peak, which only allows you to take public transport after 9:30 am and is also valid until the next day at 4:30 am.
