Can I walk from NAIA Terminal 1 to 3?

Cater 30mins for the journey, depending on traffic conditions too. Also the queue for the taxi can be long too. If you have at least 1 hour to spare then it is possible to walk 5 kms. between the two terminals but there's no way that I would recommend it to anyone.
