Yes, married people can and do participate in the Disney College Program (DCP), provided they meet the basic eligibility requirements of being currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (or having graduated within the last 24 months). Disney does not discriminate based on marital status. However, there is a significant logistical hurdle regarding housing. The DCP housing complex, Flamingo Crossings Village, is designed as a student-living environment with shared apartments where you are matched with roommates of the same gender; it does not offer "couples" or family housing. If a married couple both get accepted into the program, they can request to be roommates if they are of the same gender (or in certain "gender-neutral" housing options if available), but if only one spouse is in the program, the non-participant spouse is not allowed to live in the complex. In such cases, married participants often choose to "opt-out" of Disney housing and find their own apartment off-site in the Orlando or Kissimmee area, which is perfectly permitted by the program.
