What GPA is required for Disney College Program?

All students must have completed 12 credit hours and maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA.

For the 2026 Disney College Program (DCP), the official minimum requirement is generally a 2.0 GPA, though many participating universities and specific academic departments may set a higher internal bar of 2.5 or 3.0 to receive college credit. Beyond the numerical GPA, Disney prioritizes "Good Standing" status with your institution, meaning you must not have active disciplinary issues. The application process has become increasingly competitive in 2026, focusing more on your "Work History" and "Communication Skills" during the video interview phase than on your exact grade point average. However, maintaining a solid GPA is crucial if you plan to utilize the Disney Aspire program later, which pays 100% of tuition for employees, as that program has much stricter academic eligibility and performance standards.
