Can non resort guests ride the Skyliner?

Anyone can ride the Skyliner; you don't have to be staying at a Disney Resort. Probably the easiest way to catch a ride on the Skyliner (if you aren't staying at a resort with a station or if you are staying offsite) is to board at either Hollywood Studios or Epcot.

Note that the Skyliner is entirely FREE to ride for all guests. You won't be able to access it unless you get to one of its stations, so that could cause some barriers. But you don't need to be staying at one of the hotels on the Skyliner lines to use the service.

The Disney Skyliner transportation system opened in fall 2019 at Walt Disney World Resort and has since been taking guests on the most magical flight on earth! There are crowds and guests will line up well in advance of when the Skyliner starts running to ensure that they can get where they're going. The Disney Skyliner station at EPCOT is located at the International Gateway entrance, which is located at the back of the theme park in World Showcase. Unfortunately, there's no way to walk between these two stations without walking through EPCOT.

Oftentimes, the portion sizes are more than enough for an adult. Usually, I'll even split a kid's meal between my two Mouseketeers. Although restaurants often have their own policies, most restaurants at the Disneyland Resort are very accommodating and usually allow adults to order from the kids' menus.
