Qantas Frequent Flyer Silver members do not receive general, unlimited access to Qantas International or Domestic lounges. This is a perk reserved for Gold members and above, or those with a Qantas Club membership. However, as part of their Silver status benefits in 2026, members are gifted one single-use lounge invitation per year. This digital invitation can be used at any Qantas-operated domestic lounge or Qantas International business lounge (excluding Los Angeles) when traveling on a Qantas or Jetstar flight number. To use it, you must link the invitation to your flight through the "Manage Booking" portal on the Qantas website at least 24 hours before departure. Silver members can also gain lounge access if they are traveling in a Business Class cabin or if they choose to purchase a separate Qantas Club membership, which provides year-round entry. Without the invitation or a higher cabin class, Silver status primarily offers perks like priority check-in and an extra baggage allowance rather than lounge luxury.
