Can tourist buy a Navigo card in Paris?

The Navigo Travel Card is reserved for people living or working in Île-de-France and is initially issued to them free of charge. Only one Navigo Travel Card can be issued to each person. For those who do not live in Île-de-France but work there, the Navigo Travel Card can only be ordered by post.

To get your Navigo Découverte card, you can either go to an SNCF Transilien, OPTILE, or RATP sales office, or to one of the comptoir-club offices in Paris or in the Paris region, where you can get it right away.
