Can you do Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch in one day?

Train service is every 30-minutes but your travel time might be affected because the trains to the Jungfraujoch from Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald do not have reserved seating and maybe crowded. You can go to Jungfrau, Wengen and Lauterbrunnen in one day. You will need a second day for Murren.
