Can you go to any Disney park after 2 pm?

A Ticket with the Park Hopper Option may be used to enter multiple Theme Parks after 2:00 p.m. EST as long as you have already made a reservation for one Theme Park and visited earlier on that same day - all subsequent entries when hopping over to other Theme Parks that day no longer require reservations.
