The best combination for first-timers is EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Park. Both are quintessential Disney experiences in my opinion. Epcot is a great park to walk and enjoy the World Showcase and the countries that are represented. Magic Kingdom has all the nostalgic vibes for me.
If you only have one day to do it all, Park Hopper is critical. Maybe you have three days to spend at Walt Disney World, but you want to see four parks. In order to see multiple parks worth of stuff in one day, you'll need that Park Hopper.
If you really just want to do theme parks every single day of your trip, then I'd suggest 2 full days at Magic Kingdom, 1 or 2 full days at Epcot, and then one day at each Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.

Non-alcoholic drinks and waters are totally something you can bring into Disney, it's even encouraged! It is so nice to have a drink on hand whenever you need to quench your thirst. You can bring refillable water bottles and refill them at water stations throughout the parks.
