Can you go to Disneyland and not go on rides?

It's actually quite fun and entertaining and probably one of my favorite things to do when it's really crowded. Yes, you read that right! You can very easily fill up your day at Disneyland and California Adventure by not going on rides - and you'll have fun too!

You can fill your whole day at Disneyland with entertainment without ever even hopping on a ride. It's true! This is good to know if you're taking a multi-generational trip to Disneyland with grandparents who may be more into parades and shows than braving Space Mountain.

Go Early If you want to avoid long lines there's no simpler way than to wake up early and get to the park before it opens. Whether you have access to early entry or not, being at the park entrance before it opens will save you lots of time. Usually, you can get in 2-3 rides during the first hour of park operation.
