Can you park at Ramsey UGA?

Ramsey passes provide 90 minutes of East Deck parking per day. Ramsey Passes are available to regular UGA Employees and UGA Dependents. The Ramsey pass must be paid in full at the time of purchase and is not eligible for a refund. Request a Ramsey permit here.

There is no free parking on the main campus or The Health Sciences Campus during weekday operating hours. All areas require a permit or a pass to park. Visitors and those with no permit may pay to park in a visitor deck or ParkMobile lot. Some areas are not enforced during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Taxis in Tbilisi aren't metered; make sure to agree on the fare with the driver before you get in the vehicle. Tipping your taxi driver isn't expected in Tbilisi but you can round up the final fare if you want to.

By the way, there are paid parking facilities only in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi. However, you can find free parking spaces in those cities, too: Tbilisi: near the Bridge of Peace (opposite Rike Park) and near the Gabriadze Theater. Batumi: walking around the “tourist” centre takes no more than 15 minutes.
