How park hopping works in 2023. For dates before January 9, 2024, you can't park hop before 2 p.m. Plus, please remember, Park Pass reservations are also required until this date. This includes all ticket types, including Annual Passes.
Guests who purchased a ticket or annual pass with the Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day. We will set specific Park Hopper hours during which this option is available. Park Hopper hours will start at 2 PM each day and end at the park's scheduled close time.
Beginning Jan.9, visitors who pay to add park-hopping powers to their tickets and Disney World annual passholders will no longer have to wait until 2 p.m. to visit a second park.

How does Genie+ work? You can make your selections across all of the theme parks if you have a Park Hopper ticket and purchase the Multiple-Park option with Genie+ (look near the bottom of the My Day tab where it says, Plan for Your Next Park to let Genie know your park hopping plans).
At Disneyland, guests with Park Hopper tickets (or Magic Key passes) can reserve the first park they want to visit up until 11 a.m. Starting at 11 a.m., guests with Park Hopper tickets or Magic Key passes are free to hop back and forth between the parks. The answer is “it depends.” That's because you can only hop to a park that hasn't yet reached capacity. If a park is at its full capacity, you cannot park hop there. The good news is that there's a way to check if a park is at full capacity BEFORE you make the trip to it.

No.If you pay for parking at one Disney theme park, you may park at other Disney theme parks on the same day for no additional charge. If your ticket has the Park Hopper Option, you can also use the complimentary Walt Disney World transportation system to visit our other theme parks.
Keep in mind that you can always add Park Hopper to your ticket at any Guest Relations location or ticket booth, so if you decide that you really want to go to a second park one day, you can pay for the Park Hopper option right then, when you know you need it.
You don't need a parks pass reservation for any parks you visit after 2PM after you visit your first park, however you do need to start your day at that first park with a parks pass reservation. You cannot simply show up at any park after 2PM if you haven't first used a park pass reservation to visit a park.
The short answer is: As long as you have a valid theme park ticket with a Park Hopper option or an annual pass, you can park hop as many times as you'd like! Of course, you must also have a theme park reservation for the first park you visit.
While Annual Passholder perks and discounts change all the time, currently, Early Theme Park Entry is reserved for Disney Resort Hotel Guests and is not offered to Annual Passholders who aren't staying at a Disney Resort hotel.
