Can you pay by card on Nice tram?

A one-trip tram/bus fare is now 1.70€ but has unlimited same-direction transfers for 74 minutes. You get the card (La Carte) from the machines at all the tram stops (which take bank cards, Apple Pay, or coins, no bills), or at most newstands/tabacs displaying the Lignes d'Azur sign.

At the Nice airport, tram stops are located just outside of the terminal. There, vending machines are available to purchase an Airport Round-trip ticket for 10€ each. Similar to an ATM, the interface is available in multiple languages, including English. The machines only take credit cards with chips or Euro coins.

Nice Saint-Augustin train station offers a direct connection to the airport. Tramway lines 2 and 3 provide a free link between Terminal 2, Terminal 1 and the Grand-Arénas station. Less than 500 metres apart, a dedicated pedestrian walkway takes 7 minutes to reach the station from Terminal 1.

Traveling by bus is the most straightforward and economical way to reach Èze from Nice. Direct Lignes d'Azur buses #82 and #112 run from Nice's Valbaun bus station to Èze Village in about 30 minutes. Èze's bus stop is an easy walk to the medieval center.
