This unfortunately is only an attraction and has no space for real accommodations. The "rooms" you see from the outside and in the lobby are purely theatrical sets designed for the ride experience. The attraction is an elevator-style drop tower, not a functional lodging facility. However, if you want a similar vibe, Disney's Riviera Resort or the BoardWalk Inn are located nearby and offer a sophisticated, vintage aesthetic. For those who want to "exit" the experience without riding, you can ask a Cast Member for the "Express Checkout," which leads you to a standard elevator and straight to the gift shop. While a "night in the Hollywood Tower Hotel" remains a fantasy for many fans, the closest you can get is purchasing themed merchandise, such as "Do Not Disturb" signs or hotel-branded bathrobes, to recreate the spooky atmosphere in your own home.
