Unfortunately, Disney's All-Star Sports Resort does not have access to Disney Skyliner, Angela. Therefore, you will have to take the complimentary Disney bus service to get to and from the theme parks. Even so, you are still welcome to experience Disney Skyliner.

The estimated capacity of the whole system is 4,500 guests per hour. The Disney Skyliner fleet has 300 cabins, more than half of which will be on the Epcot/Riviera Resort line.
For those closures, Cast Members informed us that the Skyliner was undergoing routine maintenance. So if that routine continues, we'll probably see another closure in late January 2024.
Value ResortsYour trip on the Skyliner may take you over Hourglass Lake to the station that services Art of Animation and Pop Century. These are Disney's two Value resorts on the Skyliner route. The two resorts are essentially mirror images of one other in layout.
Are there long lines to board Skyliner? During the morning and evening rush lines can be as long as 15 to 20 minutes at the Caribbean Beach station. Transportation at Walt Disney World whether you're waiting for a bus, monorail, boat or gondola, will usually be about 20 minutes when the parks are opening and closing.
Even if you're not staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Guests are still welcome to use Disney busses, water taxis, the Monorail, and the Disney Skyliner to get to and from the Resorts, Theme Parks, Water Parks and the shopping, dining and entertainment district of Disney Springs.
