Yep, you can purchase and wander with alcohol in Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios, but you can't leave the park with it. Many guests are intimately familiar with that “chug at the gate” policy.

Magic Kingdom alcohol sales do exist. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations! You can absolutely bring a water bottle with you into the Walt Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom. The water bottle cannot be glass, but others are absolutely fine.
Alcohol may be consumed on sandy portions of the beaches only. This applies both Soundside and Gulfside. It must not be in a glass container. Any person that fails to comply with these policies will face second-degree misdemeanor charges and if convicted can receive a $500 fine and or 60 days jail time.
Getting too drunk at the parks.It's OK to have a good time and to drink around the world if that's what you want to do. But, if drunk guests start causing problems or scenes (see “Fighting” and “Rude Gestures” above), Disney will not hesitate to remove them from the premises.
Magic Kingdom has the most attractions of any park. You can see and do a lot in 1 day, but for an even more relaxed experience, 2 days will be better. This is also a great park for Genie+, and if it is in your budget, we definitely recommend you purchase it.
