Can you walk from Swan to Hollywood Studios?

The walk from the Resort Area to Hollywood Studios follows along the east (right on the map) side of the narrow body of water running from the Resort Area, between the Walt Disney World Swan Resort and Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Villas, under E. Buena Vista Dr. to Hollywood Studios.

Yes, you can walk from the Walt Disney World Swan (and Dolphin) Hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios via a dedicated, scenic paved pathway. The walk is approximately 0.8 to 1 mile long and takes most guests about 15 to 20 minutes. The path follows the waterway that connects the Epcot Resort area to Hollywood Studios. To start, head toward the boat dock between the Swan and Dolphin, then turn left toward the BoardWalk area. You will pass the BoardWalk Inn and then follow the canal path under the Buena Vista Drive bridge. This route is often faster than waiting for the "FriendShip" boats, especially during peak park opening or closing times when boat lines can be long. It is also a very peaceful walk, offering great views of the Tower of Terror as you approach the park. The path is well-lit at night, making it a safe and reliable option for guests who prefer to stretch their legs rather than rely on Disney transportation.
