Can you walk through Hogwarts at Universal Orlando?

“Can I tour the castle without going in the Forbidden Journey ride?” Absolutely yes. We have walked on the non- rider path through Hogwarts several times. It is a slightly different path that takes you a bit deeper into the castle and up a staircase with talking paintings that is not normally seen on the ride path.
