Did not receive Disney tickets in mail?

You can use this information to track your order once the tickets are on the way. So what to do if you didn't receive your tickets through email or by mail? I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast member with Existing Tickets by phone, or you can send an email to [email protected].

When you purchased your Theme Park Tickets online, you were able to choose your delivery method at checkout. The default option was email, but there's also an option to receive hard tickets in the mail. If that's the option you selected, just be sure to leave home with those tickets in hand!

In many cases, yes. Most theme park and special event tickets can be linked to your Disney account. However, some events, entertainment and other offerings—like movies at AMC Disney Springs 24—require physical tickets.

Passengers can find their e-ticket files in the email sent to them. For domestic flights, passengers do not have to show their e-tickets at the security checkpoints. However, it is advised to carry a print copy of the ticket for international flights.

One other place you can check is your My Disney Experience account if you have one! If your tickets were previously linked, you may still be able to see them in your account. If all else fails, you'll be in good hands speaking to a helpful Cast Member at the Existing Tickets line at (407)934-7639.

While buying in person is possible, I highly recommend that you purchase your tickets ahead of time to avoid the worry of being able to get same-day reservations. In order to enter the parks, you need both a ticket and a theme park ticket reservation.

You can easily have the QR code re-emailed to you through the Disneyland Mobile App. Navigate to Future Plans and click on your reservation. Scroll down to the specific day you need and click Re-Send QR code. This will send a fresh email to the top of your inbox!
