Wilson, you are correct! EPCOT Forever is currently playing each night around the World Showcase. This gives Guests hanging out on Disney's Boardwalk a fairly good view of the show.
From Magic Kingdom or Disney's Animal Kingdom, you can catch a bus to Disney's BoardWalk Inn or Villas. However, if you are at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's BoardWalk is accessible via boat or walking!
