There should be a bus arriving every 20 minutes or so. The bus will pick you up in front of Animation Hall. This is the main resort building. As you exit the hall, take a right and you'll find the bus stop.

Do the pools at Art of Animation have water slides, lazy rivers, or hot tubs? Unfortunately, the answer is no. Since Art of Animation is a “Disney Value Resort,” you won't find any water slides, lazy rivers, or hot tubs at any of the three pools.
Note that the Skyliner is entirely FREE to ride for all guests. You won't be able to access it unless you get to one of its stations, so that could cause some barriers. But you don't need to be staying at one of the hotels on the Skyliner lines to use the service.
