As of 2026, simply holding Delta SkyMiles Platinum Medallion (elite status) does not grant you free access to Delta Sky Clubs for domestic flights. To enter a Sky Club on a domestic itinerary, you must have a separate membership or a qualifying credit card like the Amex Platinum or Delta Reserve. However, Delta Platinum Medallion members do get complimentary lounge access when flying on a same-day international flight in Delta Premium Select or Delta One.
