With the purchase of any Annual Pass, the holder of the pass is the only person admitted into the theme parks. There are no complimentary passes associated with Annual Passes.

Currently, annual passholders and cast members can visit a Walt Disney World theme park after 2 p.m. without the need for a reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom. “Good-to-go days” will allow passholders and cast members to visit the parks anytime without the stress of booking a reservation.
At this time, Extra Magic Hours are one of the great benefits for guests staying at one of Walt Disney World Resort's fantastic Hotels. If you are staying on property during your stay, then yes! At minimum, guests will need to visit at least 6 times (as long as they park hop) or 9 times (if they don't park hop) to get their money's worth on the highest level pass.
