Your ticket will be connected to you when you scan in and the Cast Member takes your photo. The name is more for you to differentiate the tickets if you have multiple people in your party.

Once the ticket is activated, it becomes linked to a Guest and cannot be transferred to another Guest. For your security, Cast Members will be able to verify your ticket is linked to you by the photo taken of you when you first use the ticket.
You can also purchase the ticket in your name, and reassign it to your friend through your My Disney Experience account. Simply choose the ticket you wish to gift to your friend, and select the Reassign option to change the Guest name on the ticket.
There are some park tickets that do require identification when you scan in through the Main Entrance Gates while others do not. If you have regular single-day or multi-day One Park Per Day and Park Hopper tickets, you will not be asked for ID.

Unfortunately, as it's written in the Terms and Conditions, tickets may not be sold. A ticket for the Disneyland Resort cannot be used at Walt Disney World Resort as these resorts are separate from one another and require their own theme park admission.
Lastly, children under three are welcome to share from your plate at Disney restaurants, and will not be required to be on a dining plan. In addition to purchasing Theme Park Tickets, Theme Park Reservations are required to enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
