All of the Disney Vacation Club resorts are considered Deluxe Resorts. Stays at any Disney Vacation Club resort qualify for Extended Evening Hours on applicable nights, even for those renting from DVC members!

The nighttime benefit is exclusively for guests staying at Walt Disney World Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villas (Disney Vacation Club units), and other select hotels (currently only the Swan & Dolphin and Shades of Green). Guests staying at Value or Moderate Resorts are not eligible for Extended Evening Hours.
Walt Disney World Resort has re-branded Extra Magic Hours. They are now known as Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotels are a group of hotels located near Disneyland, but not affiliated with the resort. They offer comfortable accommodations and some special perks to guests. Unfortunately, the early entry privilege is not available to guests staying at Good Neighbor Hotels.
Extra Magic Hour is typically scheduled daily at both parks from 8:30AM to 9:30AM. You can and should check the hours for your specific dates, because they do vary.
Walt Disney World Dolphin offers a bit more in savings when compared with the Swan, perhaps because of its larger size and many on-site activities. For some people, this can be a benefit, but if you're looking to relax, the more expensive Swan offers more peace and quiet.
If you make the reservation through the Swan & Dolphin website, you'll need to link it yourself using your confirmation number. However, Disney has made that process very easy: your Swan, Dolphin, or Swan Reserve reservation confirmation number can be entered directly into MDE to link your reservation.
